eSoccer: terms (DRAFT)

Draft. These terms are a draft and can change before your trial ends. We tell you by email before a change applies to a paid period.

1. The service

eSoccer is a data feed: pre-match and live odds for eSoccer matches, delivered through an API, with a backoffice login and a private preview site. The feed is information for your own business; you decide how to use it.

2. Trial and price

• The free trial lasts 7 days and requires no payment details.
• We request payment before the trial ends, by invoice or card through your account's pay link.
• If the trial ends without payment, access is suspended. Payment restores access to the same account, login and API key.
• Starting the trial does not authorize any charge. No automatic charge is made without your action and consent.
• Prices are shown or sent with your invoice or by the reselling partner. Your access continues while the current period is paid.

3. Availability

We operate the feed continuously and work to keep it available and correct. There is no service level agreement: we do not guarantee uptime, delivery time or the absence of errors. If our data source stops or delays its data, we may suspend the affected matches or markets until the data is correct again. Such an interruption is not a breach of these terms and does not give a right to a refund.

4. Settlement source

Match results and market settlements come from the same upstream data source as the odds, as processed by us. Our settlement message in the feed is the reference for your integration. If we correct a settlement, the feed sends the correction. A line that the evidence cannot decide is void (the stake is returned, odds 1.0), normally 30 minutes after the match ends; an interruption of our data is never treated as an abandoned match. The "Voids" section of the API guide gives the rules and the reason codes.

5. Refunds

• The trial is free; nothing is charged for it.
• Monthly payments are not refunded for partial months or for unused access.
• If you pay twice for the same month by mistake, we refund the duplicate.
• If you dispute or reverse a payment, access pauses until the matter is resolved.

6. Disputes and contact

Write to with any question or complaint, including about a settlement or a payment. A settlement question must reach us within 7 days of the match.

7. Ending

You can stop at any time by writing to access then pauses at the end of the paid period. We can end the service with 30 days' notice by email, or at once if the feed is misused (for example, resold without permission or used to attack our systems).
